By booking an appointment at GloPower you are agreeing to the policy.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.

Same-day cancellations may result in a 10% fee.
A 10-minute grace period will be granted for late arrivals. If you arrive after that, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled depending on availability.
No call / no shows will be charged a 20% fee.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once they’ve been rendered. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, please contact me so I can address your concerns privately and work toward a resolution.

Please note: All product sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Payment methods

I accept all major credit/debit cards, apple pay and cash. Please note - I do not carry change so cash payments must be made exact.
