Terms & Conditions - the basics

Appointment Policy

All appointments must be booked online through GlossGenius. A valid card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment.

Late Arrivals

There is a 10-minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be reduced, rescheduled, or canceled depending on availability. A 50% late cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations will result in a 10% fee.
No-call, no-shows will be charged 20% of the service price.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable once rendered.
If you're unhappy with your service, please reach out within 5 days so we can find a solution.
All product sales are final.

Client Health & Safety

Please arrive clean and freshly showered.
Avoid caffeine, alcohol, or intense exercise at least 2 hours before your appointment, as these can increase sensitivity.
I reserve the right to refuse service for hygiene, health, or inappropriate behavior.

Clients Under 18

Brazilian waxing services are for clients 18 and older. A parent or legal guardian must provide written consent and be present if the client is under 18.
